Former Mayor Patricia Chase-Green loses name-calling case against Councillor Dexter Forte

Attorney at Law Darren Wade, fresh off of the legal victory defending Carl Parker and Godfrey Williams against the state that sought to prosecute them for defending the People’s National Congress (PNC) party office in Lethem, secured another legal victory today.

This time, Attorney Wade defended Dexter Forte, whose case was dismissed before Georgetown’s Magistrate Court. It was alleged that Forte, a City Councillor, called Patricia Chase-Green a name other than hers intending to insult or annoy her.
