According to a report from MSNBC, the governor of the Mexican state of Tamaulipas stated that two of the Americans who were abducted last week have been found dead, but added that two others are still alive.
Al Jazeera is also reporting, the attorney general’s office confirmed that of the four abductees, “two of them are dead, one person is injured, and the other is alive,” according to Tamaulipas state governor Americo Villarreal, who informed the Mexican president by phone at a news conference on Tuesday.
The governor “did not share any additional details about where or how the individuals were found,” the publication reported.
