Domestic violence continues to be a scourge on our society and citizens are calling on the government to tackle it head-on. However, in many cases, the authorities are too slow to act, if they act at all.
Reports reaching our publication allege that a child (or children) are being abused on a daily basis at Lot 216 Grove Squatting Area, 3rd Street.
It is alleged also that several reports have been made by residents to the Grove Public Road Police Station but there has been no response from law enforcement.
Grove residents are asking for the Ministry of Human Services and Social Security and the Childcare and Protection Agency to act with urgency.
