Member of Parliament Dawn Hastings-Williams is the People’s National Congress Reform’s (PNCR) new General Secretary replacing Geeta Chandan-Edmonds who resigned recently, according to party insiders.
Hastings-Williams served in several capacities in the David-Granger-led administration. Her last substantive appointment was as Minister of State. MP Hastings entered the National Assembly in 2010 and is said to be well respected by her peers.
