Leader of the People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) Aubrey Norton is officially a Member of Parliament after taking the oath administered by the Clerk of the National Assembly Sherlock Isaacs.
MP Norton first entered the National Assembly as part of the 7th Parliament which sat from 1997-to 2001 and then served again in the 9th Parliament from 2006 to 2011.
The PNCR Leader more recently served as Presidential Advisor on Youth Empowerment under the APNU+AFC government from 2015 to 2020 and is widely regarded as a man of the people.
