The Guyana Police Force (GPF) is reporting another wedding house stabbing incident.
According to the police, Chavez Mangal, a Guyana Defense Force Medic, was stabbed to death by another man during an argument at a family wedding celebration at Good Hope, ECD last night.
In a Facebook post this morning, the young man’s sister, Aleema Razac, cries, “Oh father, why us? Why my only brother? This is hurting me so much, my heart is broken.”
It was only five days ago on March 9, 2022, a 21 year old US based Guyanese Lakhan Chatterpaul was stabbed to death at his brother’s wedding in Berbice. That murderis still under police investigation.
