The “Pride of the Kingston Shoreline” set for March opening

Pegasus Hotel Guyana and its owner, local businessman Robert Badal, is set to massively expand the hospitality sector next month with the opening of its US$100 million Pegasus Suites and Corporate Centre. Dubbed the “Pride of the Kingston Shoreline” the Hotel aims to cater to an expatriate clientele seeking long-term stays with luxury accommodation, Robert Badal told the media.

“Our office spaces are the only Grade A office complex in Guyana. We have parking space for over 250 cars, renewable power provided by 20,000 square feet of solar roof-top paneling, an up to date building management system, CCTV surveillance system, high level of greenery, all at the best address in Guyana,” according to the Badal.

Badal believes that this model blends well with the new reality of our evolving business environment. The 100 large suites range from 700 to 1100 sq. ft. This would diversify our offerings to the increasing expatriate businessmen and women, some of whom demand larger, elegant living spaces on a more long-term basis, he explained.

Construction of the 15 stories sky-high supercenter, started in 2018 with the contract going to China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC). The ‘Pride of the Kingston Shoreline’ boasts elegantly furnished suites with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, Demerara River and the city skyline.
