The People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) in a statement has said that former President David Granger will not be part of its historic Congress billed for this weekend.
The PNCR release stated the Leader “will not be with us at this historic Congress as he attends to matters of his health in the Republic of Cuba, commencing with his travel on Tuesday 14th December 2021.”
