Businessman James Bond unplugs on authorities over unfair business treatment

Businessman and Attorney at Law James Bond is claiming unfair treatment by the installed PPP regime, in particular the COVID-19 Task Force, who he says has forced his business place close before the stipulated time according to COVID-19 regulations. James argues that his enterprise has brought much needed revenue to the village economy of Melanie on the East Coast.

The businessman recounting an incident last Sunday, said, “It’s 10 o’clock, the COVID Task Force came to my business and close off. It’s not 11 o’clock. It’s 10 o’clock they came.” Bonds said there are similar establishments to his which have live bands and live entertainment which are allowed to do business beyond the time his business is being forced to close. He said, “There’s two Guyana’s not one Guyana, that the law affects.”
