Finance Secretary Sukrishnalall Pasha has written to “Heads of Budget Agencies” and “Subvention Agencies” canceling Christmas parties and socials in view of COVID-19 restrictions.
The installed PPP regime is proposing instead “holiday hampers at a cost not to exceed $7,000 per staff member and subject to the availability of funds of each Agency’s budget.”
